The Front Parlour tearoom is a unique British experience which
lets our many visitors savour the delights of British Luncheons
and Afternoon Teas (high tea). It is housed in The Meigs Bishop
House which dates from 1690 and is located in the Front Parlour
of The British Shoppe, Madison CT.

The menus that follow show the variety of food items, teas and
beverages that the average Briton would be able to find in
any high-class Tearoom across the British Isles. We offer
our customers an exciting choice of quality loose leaf teas
from our Front Parlor selection ranging through black,
green, decaffeinated, flavoured teas, herbal teas and more.
Just ask, and we will be happy to guide you to a tea that
suits your taste.

Tuesday through Saturday
We are closed Sundays and Mondays.
